Purpose of processing
Form data is processed to respond to your enquiry, verify whether the matter can be accepted, communicate with you and, after a contract is concluded, provide legal services and meet legal obligations. Booking data is also used to process payment, issue an invoice, create the calendar event and provide organisational information about the consultation.
Recipients and security
For online bookings, the data required for each operation is provided to Google Calendar, the wFirma accounting system and the Autopay payment operator. A description of the legal matter is not added to the calendar event. Uploaded files are stored without public links.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the enquiry, payment and service, conflict checks and applicable legal requirements. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority.
